Conference Facilities Available

Conference facilities are available at ICLP Arbitration Centre in the heart of Colombo.

Ideal for Arbitrations, Adjudications, Board meetings, Discussions, Lectures and seminars (for small audiences). Available facilities include AC Rooms, Multi media, Recording, Transcribing, PA system. Catering, etc with parking space.

The ICLP Arbitration Centre is centrally located in spacious facilities in one of the prime office buildings in Colombo. The facilities provided by the Centre include;

  • Six custom built, comfortable rooms which can be configured in a variety of ways to suit the parties' requirements.

  • Secure storage provision for documents and other exhibits.

  • A full range of telecommunication and other support services.

  • An Auditorium with PA System and recording facilities.


Services available relating to arbitration hearings by the Centre include:

  • Transcription.

  • Translation.

  • Catering.

  • The speedy dispatch of documents.


Information Service

The Centre provides free general information on dispute resolution by arbitration and maintains a growing library of books and publications which are available for reference to interested members of the public.


ICLP Secretarial fees (All fees are subject to taxes)

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - each party (LKR)

For Ad hoc Arbitrations (non leasing) - prior to preliminary hearing 50,000/-
Adjudications 50,000/-
Following Services will be provided for an additional fee - by both parties
Stenography
Normal fee 6,000/-
After 5.00 pm 4,000/-
After 7.00 pm 8,000/-
Interpreters (Per hour) 10,000/-
Photocopying, Postage, courier and any additional service- cost will be charged separately as follows:
For Adhoc Arbitrations – (by both parties)
1.    Photocopy Charges Rs.500.00 for maximum of 25 pages (Including copies for Tribunal, Parties etc.)
Rs.20.00 will be charged for the pages exceeding of 25 pages
2.    Postage charges Rs.440.00 will be charged for minimum of 3 recipients as postage.
Exceeding 4 recipients the postage will be accounted on cost.
For Leasing Arbitrations – (Per case)
1.    Photocopy Charges Rs.200.00 for maximum of 8 pages
Rs.20.00 will be charged for the pages exceeding of 8 pages
2.    Postage charges Rs.440.00 will be charged for minimum of 3 recipients as postage.
Exceeding 4 recipients the postage will be accounted on cost.
Cancellation fee - If not informed before 3 days(by both parties) 10,000 + Steno fee
